Default Namura rings?

Does anyone know where I can get a set of 1mm over rings for a namura piston?

i've also heard some negative things about Namura, although there are plenty avail on ebay, i haven't really EVER heard of them, personally i'd suggest goin with a reputable name such as wiseco. its kinda one of those parts where it would be a good idea to spend a little more than having to replace a cyl jug, etc

then again, if you do decide to go with Namura and you have positive results let us all know!

I got the Namura piston in there right now, didn't really notice any gains. The rings lasted about 5 hrs on after the new rebuild, but thats probaly because it was sucking air, water, and mud through the TORS on top of the carb.

McDonalds ATV, in LittleRock Ark, is where i got the last set of Namura pistons from. They have extra ring sets listed in the catolog, but I think you will find the replacement rings for a Pro-x pistons will work just fine.

Q for you, do those pistons have the snap ring type circlips with the little eye on the end retaining the wrist pin,,,,,, if they do, better replace them with another type of circlip because those clips can come out. You can guess what happens after that.
But,
Sence your engine is sucking air, mud, & water & has'nt killed itself yet, I would say those pistons have stood the test. If you like them run them.
Any cast piston will crack if you dont fit it tight in the bore job & then try to turn the engine 500 million rpms.

Are you sure the pro x rings work?, I don't want to order them and then find out they don't.

Take those old rings & measure them, all you need to know is the thickness of the ring where it fits down into the groove on the piston. Measure the groove on the piston as well, you can do that, right.

Mcdonalds & a big mac, holtz you cracking me up.
For anybody that dont know who McDonalds ATV, out of Little Rock, or J&M ATV Supply, out of Memphis, is, then your paying to much for your aftermarket replacement parts.
