i slaped the pices of shit togther and it RUNS great. and i just changed the air/fuel ratio

ok so check this i have a blaster with a pj 34mm carb on it. and i was wondering how do i know when to change the pilot jet. right now i'm having trouble getting it to idle down without it bogging and i have oil coming out of my exhaust. the pilot is size 45. i'm guessing thats what it is. does anybody know and where can i get some pilots?
