Default Honda H100 PF25a Carb

Just a quick question, I have rebuilt my carb with a carb kik, everything replaced, main jet, needle jet, jet needle, float needle, air screw and idle screw. Jets are all standard as indicated in manual.

For some odd reason my engine does not like choke, even when i think that the choke would be needed, bike not started in a few days and cold the choke just bogs the engine down when idling and stalls it.

Not sure why, the choke is definatly working, if you hold the revs higher and open the choke the engine splutters.

air screw has been set.
