Question carb help

i have a stock carb on my trx 250r and i this had it cleaned and rebuilt now it doesn't idle right how do i adjust it and i cant find the adjustment screw please help...

is it the one gold one at the back of the carb on the bottom or do i turn the bolt on the choke switch
