Arrow 44mm too big?

Thinking about trinity's kit. 44mm too large for my zilla?
By the time i bolt the carb up I will be running

Trinity Stage IV pipe
Ported
Bored 1mm over
VForce 2's
Flywheel lightened

I think thats too big. why dont you do a 40.5 pwk airs tryker bet that would be about right.

If you want to go that big I would suggest a Lectron from Packard. They can get you in the ball park out of the box. I've seen a few and liked them alot. I'll have one here soon

if its a play bike on gas ....then yes its too large ,a 39pwk or 40.5 pwk would work just fine ....now for alky /drags thats a different story

yea I would recomend having a 39mm bored out to a 41.5mm PWk. That is the perfect set up for an everyday rider, but for drags I have seen all the way up to 54mm carbs on a 500.
