Exclamation Carb Heeeelp?

Okay so first off I'm a complete newb to carbs . Yes I know what they do, but I dont know how to jet etc. Im guessing its a PE series considering the "PE" engraving lol. Can anyone help me out, i can get more pics or measurements. I have a 39pwk in a box that should be here soon. Im just curious as to what series and size this is. Thanks guys!

yea thats a keihin PE series carb. The difference between the PWK and the PE is the PE is a round slid and the PWK is a square or D slide or what ever you want to call it. The PWK will actually help your performance more than the PE would as far as I know. I would say your PE you have is probably a 38 or 39mm carb.

I would ask around on here, and if that doesnt work I would throw it on ebay. I would say you could probably turn $70 bucks or so from it depending on the condition of the slide.

the pe is the pinto of keihin carbs ,its really outadated ....i think you might get only 40-50$ on ebay for one ,the 38mm model R50 stock has a #160 jet #50 pilot and a 3.5# slide throttle valve with a 48ajm needle .
