Default Carb help

My CR480 carb keeps overflowing and spewing gas everywhere. Ive tried cleaning it several times, is it just my floats getting stuck open or is it something else, and is there a way to adjust them?

Yes you can bent the floats up or down, depending. I would look in a manual about what the measurements are, A little bit of bend goes a long way!!!

The needle may not be seating properly, may need a new one. Sometimes the floats become saturated and holds the needle open. Remove the float bowl cover and take a good look at the needle and seat. The needle should close once the float is just about level.
