carb question

this carb was on a zilla i picked up today is it any good or is my 39 pwk better i found them here its eithier tms or tmx http://www.carbparts.com/mikuni/mikuni_atv.htm

its the TMS design .not the crappy tm fltslide like stock ... its more of a D slide carb ,this carb is found on yamaha YZ 2stroke dirtbike lineup
its a good carb if yo u can get it dialed in ,good enough that i would keep it
