| They usually break due to over-tightening so you've got a fun job ahead of you. One trick is to grind down a blade screwdriver tip to a very sharp edge about as wide as 2/3 the diameter of the piece your trying to remove. Tap a grooved dent in the center of the airscrew and try to remove it while using a bit of heat. Not an oxy torch mind you, just some propane/butane heat. If that doesnt work, go to sears and get a small extractor set with the drill bits included. Drill only as far as needed, no deeper. |

| the screw is very soft ,just use a hss drill bit thats several sizes smaller than the screw diameter, maybe like .050 smaller (drill) go only as deep as the screw is to the bottom out area. then tear it apart and remove shavings and clean passages and orrifices out really good, then get a new air screw from sudco or pr flow.good luck

| A regular ( not left hand ) drill bit, and a spiral screw extractor should do it. I use this all the time. |
