Default carb question

Yes, i just put some 29 carbs on my banshee and a cool head. The problem is that only one cylinder is firing. When i start it up both will fire and the right side will die. I changed plugs and it still does the same. Is there any plugs that should or shouldnt be plugged in since i switched from stock carbs?? Or what could this be. Ohh and i have out frame drag pipes and port work, the carbs are actually 30mm.

your installed something worng id assume ,double check for airleaks or any obstructions,28/ 30mm d slide carbs arent really gonna flow much for a drag port and out of frame pipes really need high exhaust timing to perform to their designed potential and with that kind of porting youd also need some bigger carbs like 35pwks IMO
