Carb Bowl Clearence for Clutch Arm?

What are you guys all doing to clear the clutch arm on the banshee's for bigger carbs? I've seen 2 ways so far, one was cutting the bolt down and then the other is welding the hole shut. Any other idea's or preference's?

buy a boss (or fireball) intake
on ebay they sell for $112 shipped.....

they look cool too..... iv;e heard other guuys tlaking about them so i looked at one on ebay to see what the fuss was about... they are nice as hell... built in crossover also and built in reed spacer.....

I run the UPP intakes, and am able to clear my clutch arm with 36PWK's without any reed spacers.

i think most guys just use reed spacers to clear the clutch arm.

I got spacers and trinity intakes. My new 35's dont have enough clearence still. I'm thinking about grinding the bolt down to a nice finish to clear it. I dont want to buy new intakes I really like the trinitys.

my clutch arm rubbed the bowl a little and i just bent the arm down a little bit and all was fine.i hate the idea of modding the bowl because its much nicer and easier to change main jet without removing the whole bowl.
