Default what is the best clutch kit for a banshee

what is the best clutch kit for a banshee? just installed an ebc clutch kit, clutch lever hard to pull any sugjestions?

That's because EBC uses really stiff springs in their clutches, or the spring on your clutch arm where your cable hooks up is stiff, could be either or. I've used Barnett clutches in my shee for a long time. I used EBC once and the nut kept backing off. Just to be safe I dabbed some loctite on it after I got it adjusted. A lot of people say EBC's are good clutches from what I hear, especially the Kevlar ones, just depends on personal preference, and how much power your ride is making.

hey use a tusk clutch...they are in-expensive and just as good as the best of them...

also dont use all 6 heavy duty springs with the cluctch....use 3 stock springs and 3 heavy duty ones... it will be alot easier for you to pull in the clutch....

This is the exact set up I use on my Shee. I learned it here and it works perfect.

Exactly what Balla said...Those expensive clutches dont seem to last long....And the alternating springs is a good move too...

i run a FZR1000 clutch kit in my cheetah cub.... but on my trail snail i use tusk with all 6 heavy duty springs instaleld on both bikes
