Clutch problem

When I hold my clutch lever all the way in when i'm in first gear it still stalls it feels like it's still engaged I tried adjusting the tension but it did not work. I ride a 2005 rm 250r anyone have any suggestions please

adjust the cable
Check plate thickness
replace the springs
change the oil

My blaster does the same thing but only when it's cold, once it warms up it goes into first an doesn't even jerk.
