| right side of quad... taek teh footpeg and brake pedal off.. drain the oil and ake the cover off.... then remove the pressure plate and the cltuch paltes.. oil the new plates and install them... a blaster has some spring washers if i'm not mistaken... rememeber to put those back in... then toss it back together.. while you in that sie case remove teh white plaist gear for the oil injector.. then follow the line to the carb.. take it off and plug the spot where the line went to... now you ahve a new clutch and an oil injector block off.......

| cool thanx, now what is the idea behind blocking the oil injector |
| ||||||||||||
| th stock oil injector is garbage.... it's the cause for more blaster top end failure than any other reason.... the fuel/oil ratio is variable with the injector.... and at high RPM's it's quite lean.....

| so are you saying i should replace it or take it off completely? |
| |||||||||||
| wait so how does oil get to well wherever it usually goes after i block the oil off? |
| |||||||||||
| okay i get it now. i had the quad sent out last year and they removed the oil tank in the back and now it runs on premix. does that mean that the oil injector thing you said to block has already been blocked? or does it still need to be blocked? |
