cellphones what do you like/use? (this is for the cingular/At&t users)

Yeah not exactly computer.. but with emailing yahoo and msn messaging i figured I'd just put it here lol...

I currently have the older Sony Walkman aka "w300i" and it's been one of my favorite phones ever.. I think when i upgraded to it I got it for like $0-10 around Christmas when they all go on sale.

Has MSN AOL YAHOO .. mobiletv camera video.. voice record.. all the normal junk

and of course it's s music phone with mp3 player and a FM radio that actually works...I figured it would be total crap but it actually pics up as well as my mom's car.

well it's getting old and time to retire it as a backup phone... just wondering what everyone else is using and like? I'm on AT&T

My current selection I'm considering would be the "moto Q" or "blackjack2".. I was going to get the Blackberry Curve but turns out you can't buy insurance for that phone and knowing me I'd break it.. the one time i didn't have insurance on a phone is the time I broke a phone... turns out the manager at our location was nice and told us to insure it and bring it back a week later so we wouldn't have to buy a new one. Then instead of them replacing it I got a free upgrade to the last moto I had.

So what do you guys like? I use them for a little bit of everything and it will be a phone that is actually used... A LOT.. I'd buy me a (refurbed) I-phone or get the one I have now sorted out but I honestly don't care too much for them.

I'll post links to the moto q and blackjack2 later unless someone else would like to do that for me... it's storming and my lights are flickering I should go

I would love an iphone but att doesn't like my house the area around my house is great just not my house I have a samsung d900 right now it's ok but an iphone would be sweet

What do you like besides the I-phone, sure they are a pretty nice phone but I wouldn't buy one... I have one sitting on my dresser right now that needs a charger for it so I can get the power cord soldered back on and unlock the stupid thing. I have not seen the D900 is it AT&T? you said Art doesn't like that area so what company is it? (i have not seen them i don't think)

The I-PHONE is way over rated...Ive used
it an it really pisses me off. But in my opinion
I-anything really sucks. I own the Motorola Q9M.
Ive owned alot of smartphones and this is by
far the best. Unless you use a phone for work,
I would reccomend that you dont get a smartphone
like any of the "Q" phones or any phone on windows.
I use mine for work, its perfect...but it lacks the
frills and features of one of the "trendy" phones.

The "Q" and "Blackjack" both run on windows mobile technology.
they run on the SMS system for text messages and not the EMS
system...which means you can only send text messages with
160 characters. The camera capability is generally weaker than
the normal phones, and mp3 qualty is not the best. The are good
phones but are made for a different kind of customer than the
media phones. I have the "Q" because it has Microsoft Office on it.
I can get my work email on it and read word/pdf files and all that kinda
crap. Its just more tailored for a business individual, as opposed to
the other phones which are made for people who like all the nifty
fun stuff on their phone.

Thanks showtime.. from what I see though it would be fine for me?.. I'm wanting to be able to have music.. camera/video.. msn and yahoo... I also like the fact that i can use vids from my computer on it... and they look awesome..

I was wanting the qwerty phones b/c I'm really wanting to shut off my (computers) internet and use that money for the unlimited texting.. usually im only online for my msn or yahoo and when I have to get on for school I can use my mom's connection.. Does that make any sense? not like I'd be spending any more money i think my current internet is just under $20 a month anyways.

but yeah music, video, camera/video recorder, IM'ing, talking.. and also I'm wanting something that's impressive looking haha.. another reason I liked them.. I must say I'd miss my FM radio that mine has but not too much.

can you think of a phone that has ALL of those? (im on that site now looking at stuff)

u can get a iphone clone for about 190 on ebay

it's the hi-phone found them for $150 + shipping so yeah close to $190 and they are a chinise copy if you look at the vids (the one i seen anyways) it does not perform very well and the touchscreen didnt work worth crap. I'm sure mine does not need much done to it but I'm not messing with it now.
