get a nice dremmel kit at kmart or walmart for cheap. they work great!

The only way I would cut them is if I had another set to swap on when I got tired of water ,mud,gravel,sand etc. getting flung all over me. I had race cut on my last quad even though it looked good i wish it had not been done (pervious owner did it).

I got the black and decker dremel knockoff. It's cheaper and uses the same stuff. It's better than a dremel. A dremel is also nice to take out striped screws(cut a deep slot for a flat screw driver) and many other uses. It's under $60 i believe.

As for as the fenders....cut it. If you dont like it, buy a new rear fender.

yup thats the one. beats hacken the fender to hell with a knife.
