I got this bar clamp from member Bfulton620. Here's the finished product after removing surface grime, oxidation.
Turtle Wax Rubbing Compound + Eagle 1 Nano-Polish + Powerball + Terry Towel = Mirror Shine Polish.

Mirror Reflection...

If your experienced you never use sand paper. There is a compound or a bit for nearly everything. I've been there done that and now that I have used equipment I consider myself a fool for ever trying to sand by hand. That being said.

The best advice from someone who has done it, dont start. You better plan on doing lots and lots of stuff if you want it done right to justify the cost of the equipment. I'm just giving it to you as honest as I can.

I don't mean to argue...but tell that to Paulie B...
There are many surfaces that are impossible to
do with tools, you gotta do it by hand. Yes there
is equipment that helps speed things up but
as in every thing different surfaces justify different
methods. I have polished more things than I can
count on two hands, and I have seen amazing results.
I have polished items to a mirror finish. As in every thing,
there are tricks to the trade.

Paulie B its called a porting tool, you never need to use sand paper. My entire engine is polished I know what I'm doing. The only advantage of having my equipment is keeping stuff nice, otherwise your better off to pay unless you don't have a life outside the quad. Have fun living in your garage with sore finger tips.

It's not too difficult of a job to polish small items, regardless of the approach... alum polishes easy.
Of course many techniques are way better than others.. SHOWTIME is the last guy to live in a garage.

He lives in Pismo Beach & throws Banshee roost every weekend! That's badass!
