| Hahaha...I hear it is a pain in the ass. Would be nice to know how to do it though. Damn polished parts are spendy. |

| I always used "Never dull" for the smaller stuff. I got a table grinding wheel with a polishing wheel on it for the lager stuff. If you want to do it on the bike get one that will fit on a drill. The swinger is smooth and ready to polish but the rest has to be preped and smoothed before you can get the mirror finish.

| for smaller parts I just start with 400 grit paper and work my way up to 2000 grit. Then hit it with the polishing wheel and some mothers polish. Works great but very time consuming

| well i see some instructions online. im gonna buy the materials this week and give it a try. from what i read, the trick is useing the right grit and working your way through the proper stages. patience seems to be the key to sucess. |
| ||||||||||||
| thats why i dont; do it... i have no patience... i can port all day long though.... hmmmmm maybe i'm severely ADD haha |

| start around 220-240 grit, move up to 600-800 and polish. Remember the more heat you create when polishing, the better the outcome. Clean your surfaces in between sanding steps.
