| what is this about ? are saying to use a flycutter to machine a crank ? or is that the name of some mod to it ? im guessing its the turbo mod they are somtimes called and its a waste fro m what ive heard ,its machining the crank so it has foils/ribs to direct air up through the case and into the transfer jackets ,big waste of money

| Thats got to be what hes talking about, turbo crank. Been alot of talk about those on other web sites, out of all of it nothing can be gained from doing a crank like that. I've seen pic of cranks with little cups attached to the outside of the webs, never seen a dyno sheet to back anything up though. Neil |

| the only thing that i see is lowering the crank weight and that could help in a miniscul way but no dramatic pwer change

| i'd like to see some pics, does anyone know where i can find some, i've google searched it not found many results if any. also, i don't care if its a waste of money or if it doesn't give any results, i like to research things and this is my topic of the week to learn about. i'm a machinist and i like to consider myself some what of an engineer so there isn't any harm. thanks for your response so far! l8888r
