On october 7 i wrecked my extremelky hoped up 1995 Kawasaki Klx 250r four stroke in to a dodge minivan at winchester trails. mi was in 5th shifting into 6th doing about 60 going arround a left hand corner om the wrong side of a one lane gravel road and hit a 1990's dodge van doing 30 head on. i totaled the van( crash bar, bumper, radiator,ac condenser,oilcooler,transcooler,front of motor, hood,fender,windsheild,even the roof) and my kawasaki(frame,fender and left front fender) i landed on my back and got up and ran to my kawasaki, i did not break a bone i tore all the ligmants in my left knee. walking withoutr crutches 3 days later and riding a week later. so what did i do i settled with the guy i wrecked into then got a cr for christmas. ask and give me your e mail if you want to see the pics.

I have torn ligaments in my knee (only my acl, and tore some miniscuss). and I can tell you I didnt get up and walk around for hours. The whole part about no crutches in three days, I could buy that though.
