I've NEVER been a big fan of the 2 wheelers... I went for probably 8 to 10 years without riding one.. then last winter my buddy brought his studded CR250 (I think? Whatever Honda's newer 250 2-stroke bike is) over to the pond for some ice racing. After much persistance on his part I was convinced to give it a rip. I set it down on its side a couple times but eventually got back into it. Still... the ice was not a fun way to get back into bikes.

MY dad my brother and I went out to Glamis in october. We were riding our four wheelers then came back into camp I told him try my cr500 out. it was his first time riding a dirt bike and he isn't the best with the clutch. so he takes off out of camp goes about ten feet tries to turn around and stalls it. i have to go out there and start it for him, he tries to take off he stalls it again. I start it again, by now he is annoyed so he buries the rear tire but keeps it going. then goes wide open on the throttle dumps the clutch, and loops the bike on top of him. handlebars to the head. lucky he was wearing a helmet. The bike caught like three feet of air. I have never laughed so hard in my life. after that he refuses to ride my bike.(keep in mind that my brother is 18 and i'm only 15)

I was in a situation where Im glad I didnt have my helmet on. I was in my back yard going up this little hill and giving it some gas to ride a wheelie. Well I came up for another and it rolled right on over ontop of me, It kept rolling me down the hill I did a complete flip with it ontop of me. My back and neck popped. My back still to this day (5yrs later) hurts wher it happened. My neck was strained, but if i would of had my 3in thinck helmut on it would have broke. My dad makes me ride my banshee with a helmet on no matter what. Even to start it.

one of my buddys rides without a helmet. we were ridin sand lake a few months ago and all of us were doin treeshots. it was a perdy fast one so he was in 3rd gear wide open. 4 of us were at the top waiting for him. right when he crested the top here comes a guy on a z400 with his wife and kid following him. he came one foot from side swiping the z. we were yelling at the guy to stop but he dident hear us. anyway that could of been a brain splatering incednet. he still dont wear a helmet. stupid i think.

Back when another of my daughters was learning to ride, I didnt have a helmet big enough to strap tight on her little head (she was 4). We were in a big field, basically perfectly flat and safe, and she was riding an LT50. I noticed after a little while that she was just holding the handlebar turned all the way and going in one continuious circle. I walked over to see if maybe she was having trouble or somesuch and when I got close enough to see, noticed that her helmet had slipped almost all the way around and was blocking her whole face. I waited for her to come around and pulled the lanyard off to kill the quad. I figured she was i n trouble and maybe froze up. Nah, she was having so much fun, she had decided to just keep going even though she couldnt see. Man oh man, I laughed like hell. My wife didnt see the humor.

the first time i ever rode, i took a wussy ass xr side ways into a bean field and then got back on and crashed into a pine tree. . . after that i wore a helmet. . . .

and then accidentally pulled a wheelie and lost the bike, i've been good ever since then. . . .

i think i've worn the helmet a ton more while not crashing. . . .

Damn that sucks! But I gotta say they are idiots! They might want to pick up a couple flags while they're at it.
He never would of taken that jump had he seen the flag top of the hill..

this sunday 370, myself, speedy22222 (222?), and rockstar went on a 15mile trail ride. we had 3 douchebags for oncoming traffic...

none of them wearing helmets !!!! how retarded. they were trying to look fly in their outdated wrap around sunglasses and skin tight brightly colored dego tees.

i wanted to yell at them and tell them i wrecked really bad last year on the same trail and my helmet saved my life because i played pool with my noggin for a cue ball and a couple trees, the ground, and my bike were the billiard table walls.

WEAR YOUR FREAKIN HELMET !!!! (this includes you 370)
