i don't know why people come here and are pro 4 poke, if you ride both that's cool, but 4 pokes are shit in my opinion.

I'll post some more pic's some time tomarrow after i get all the mounts finished . Sofar the biggest mod has been the swingarm because the zilla motor is wider where the swing arm bolt goes so the swingarm had to be trimed i'll post some pic's of that to but other then that it has been very eazy

Hey dudes.. It's an oppinion. Just like yours that four-strokes suck. Personally, I have no prefrence. What I mean is, I would much rather leave the 450F motor in the 45f chassi..

Deffinitly be a fun quad to tool around for.. I woudn't really do anything else with a quad..

Typical quad rider attitude.. If I wanted to shift the gears on a flat straight away, I would go in my feild. If I wanted to ride in the sand, I would go to Dyracuse. If I wanted an oval track, I would ride in circles on my lawn. All places that I care less about. Sure, I'll get my ass handed to me going in circles.. But why the hell would I ride in circles willingly??

I'de like to know what pro did that test. If he rides both quad, and bikes pro, than I haven't heard of his name. Two seconds doesn't supprise me. Afterall, I've rode quads fast, It's eaiser to go fast in turns on.

So you're making exuses why quads are two seconds behind MX bikes? Now figure you have two extra wheels. Does thatt mean nothing to you? Sure a quad weighs more, but you can go around corners just by turning. Of course, I've rode quads, I know about all the weighting countersteering, blah blah... But look at a motocross bike.. If you turn the bars going 40 mph, the bike is going to keep going.. It requires so much more balance and everything.. From sitting on the side of the seat, sticking your foot out, all with the handelbars inches from the ground. The slightest things make a huge diffrence. From sliding up on the gas tank, to weighing the outside footpeg for traction, even the slightest body english mistake or missplacement, it makes a HUGE diffrence.


Look.. Motocross has been around for over 30 years. From the first known race, 82 years.

Seriously.. By saying I would use a quad for tooling around, doesn't mean that quads can't go on a motocross track. Most tracks around here don't allow quads. And the ones that do, are HEAVILY favored to MX riders. Meaning, there are motocross ruts, lots of whoops sections, and not to mention motocrossers don't take kindly to quad riders destroying there favorite ruts. Trust me, they do. I'm sure the track they were testing on favored quad riders.
