looks like it's coming along good...i think it is a great idea i have to agree that the suspension and chasis are TITS...i hope that zilla holds up for you...how is the was the kick start mounting up it seems like if i remember right the mechanics of that will be a little off....i am probably wrong though....i haven't been on a zilla in 10 years

Too Bad it wasn't an 87 5 bolt intake cause an 86 RM250 left angled boot would solve your carb/filter problem. Maybe look into 87-90 RM250 intake?
