Well ive been wanting to do something really kick ass and fast, my kx 500 was stolen i finally got it back today the whole body is shit now just a decent motor, well i have a full rolling chasis from an old blaster for a winter project im gonna extend it and put the motor in it i want this thing to look sick g even if i have to mount the radiator out the damn body, tell me what you guys think about this idea no matter what im going to do it.

it sounds cool to me it would be fun bike to ride what year kx motor is it?

87...read the sig. Just remember the less heat you put into that frame the better. Adding heat (let it be welds or Cuts) weakens your frame. Its be an awesome ride tho.

Hey at least you got your bike back you know? Most people lose them for good. Did they find the sorry bastard that stole it? They ought to hang him by his nuts and let you roost all over his naked body!

No they havent found theguy who had it, i found the bike in a ditch behind my local pits. But yea im going to most definitally do the project im just deciding wether to leave it stock frame size cause i really dont want to extend it, if i have to ill just put a wheelie bar on it.

My buddy did his with a 490 thats where i got the idea its a sick machine but is much more cramped since its air cooled.

Yea but this project i want it to be all fabricated, the only problem im gonna have is the huge ass kicker and the huge ass pipe im just gonna have to cut and weld and make my own pipe which sucks kinda baddly ut maybe it will be sick lol, i think putting the radiators on the outside look sick too so ive gotta figure something out for that too.
