need help wid a CR500 in a trx 250 frame

hi guys i read most of all the thread talkin bout dat project before i post dis one but i ain t find none answering my question .i m french so i m not so good in the english .i ll try my best for u guys to understand me .anyway i just get from a good fren a cr500 in a trx 250 frame wid the TRX 250 pipe the fmf rev wid a powercore 2.the filter is outside wid a pre filter over it .carbs it s one take off from a cr 250 kaz the one was in it wasn t so good .it s runin but i don t feel the powerband before i shift third gear .i gear 13/38 wid a 10 inch rims wid a 22/11/10 tire in the back (real big na lol)my jettin is 175 main jet and i think 52 pilot jet .i just rebuild the top end wid a wiseco piston .oh i had forget to mention dat it s ported and polishe at the intake and exhaust .boyesen reed valve in it too.so i wonderin if i change my back sprocket for a bigger one if it would make a difference .like a 45 .kaz i need to run good kaz i plan to go on a dirt track what we have to smoke some 4 poke lol.oh i had forget to say dat i m livin on a island a sea level 0 to 1500 feet from the sea level 28 to 34 degree celsius when dat sun blazin .i think i give all the info bout the bike so i m waitin for u guys help .pppppppppplllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas ssssssssseeeeeeeeeee
