| Honda did a shittty machining job on the right side engine case at the crank shaft. The right side seal is notorious for leaking trans fluid into the crank area. My sons CR80 is doing the same thing. I changed the seal already and it was fine. The next time I fired it up it was smoking again and the waterpump seal took a shit and is weeping coolant out da hole. I'm going to tear the motor down and inspect the bearing bores and seal bores for discrepancies(sp) and check the crankshaft for a groove. If all's good then new seals and gaskets. If it continues I will sell the bike and he will have to wait till he's tall enough to ride the full size bike. |

| The seal can be replaced without splitting the cases. I'm just going to do it to inspect the insides of the motor and install new gaskets and seals. |
