Default cr80 engine in a mini bike

hey yall...i havent posted in a while but here it goes....one rainey day i decided to put a 1994 cr80 engine in a 1980 kawasaki kv75...everything lined up perfect and it fucking ran awsome i mean this fucken thing was stupid fast i mean you have to lean over the bars for this thing not to flip over on you and it still freakin rips wheelies every gear lol.....after about 3 days of riding the thing i did a oil change in her and it had next to nothing when i drained the oil....then i put new oil in her and she smoked like a bitch....it wouldnt even hit power band cause thats how much smoke was in it....so some how tranny oil is getting into the combustion chamber but i dont want to split the cases....help!!!!!!!!!!

Honda did a shittty machining job on the right side engine case at the crank shaft. The right side seal is notorious for leaking trans fluid into the crank area. My sons CR80 is doing the same thing. I changed the seal already and it was fine. The next time I fired it up it was smoking again and the waterpump seal took a shit and is weeping coolant out da hole. I'm going to tear the motor down and inspect the bearing bores and seal bores for discrepancies(sp) and check the crankshaft for a groove. If all's good then new seals and gaskets. If it continues I will sell the bike and he will have to wait till he's tall enough to ride the full size bike.

The seal can be replaced without splitting the cases. I'm just going to do it to inspect the insides of the motor and install new gaskets and seals.
