Default Engine Revs but No GO?

I have a pocket bike that will rev up but it won't turn the rear tire. Is the clutch worn out? If I hold the tire in the air, it will start turning fast. Let me know

yeah id say the clutch is cooked, they have cintrifical clutches,same type as a chainsaw don't they? maybe make one work from an old saw if you dont want to spend money on it......
