Banshee motor in YFZ 450 frame

We were just talking about this conversion today, and then I look on here and find this thread! I'll take this as a sign from the heavens to do it. LOL

Our main concern was how it'd fit in the YFZ frame. Other than the pipes, it looks like a pretty easy swap?

I have been wanting to do it for a while I just did a 2005 YZ250 motor swap in my YFZ and it is so fun to ride and only weighs a wopping 245# and smokes all of the 450s

Alright, I got me a YFZ chassis today. Now I need to find a Banshee motor, and then we can get started.

I like the YZ250 conversion. I never considered that. How bad does it vibrate?
