Update. Have a suzuki t500(same as gt but gt has electric start) engine installed now , wasnt to hard of a mod , test ride hopefully today, will get pics and vids then. Bike weighs a few pounds more but is still easy to pick up with 2 people , and 1 person can easily pick up the front or rear to move it around by them self, engine weight is down lower as well, and it made the bike alot more stable, may have to extend the swing arm down the road, exhuast isnt going to be complete today though , just the headers for a small test run around the shed, then maybe completion of it tomoro , also have to heat the bottom of the tank a bit and mould it up so it clears the motor a bit better, then cover it in heat sheild, other then that , not much more to say ahah.

Now that could be interesting. 44hp stock. I wonder if you could mate a set of cpi's for a shee onto that. A little porting, who knows. Keep us posted

Yea i was actually wondering about a set of banshee pipes, because the t500 didnt use expansion chambers, just a straight threw design with baffles, but we do have 2 silencers off of a yz, and another off a kx , boith 250's that we were going to use , or maybe even a white brothers cbr600 pipe, make it a 2 into 1, should give it a nice sound as well as great exaust flow.

I dont know about that exhaust idea. A 2 stroke pipe doesnt really have anything to do with flow. Its about pulse charges and length of cone. Id look into, depending on what you want to do with it, some kind of banshee pipe and maybe get the flanges off the factory pipes welded to the shee pipes.

all i can say is sick , with just the headers , touch the gas on dirt and back starts to go sideways, rocks about half the size of beer cans 15-20 feet no prob with a touch of the throttle, should be even better with the pipes done, the chain didnt last no time with a small run of about 5 mins, takin it easy to mind you , stretched the chain to hell ahha , great timne , pics and vids to come , tried to geta vid with my phone but people were texting me during the vid and it kept cutting out, got a few pics tho but i need to upload them tomoro.
