Default 86 Yamazuki 250

Bike beat 86 lt250r with suzuki engine. It was a preety easy swap.

I never saw this thread before...

What had to be changed to fit this engine?
It appears the front motor mount is custom, did the bottom one line up?
How about the pipe? are you just using an LT pipe?

Very interesting, I might consider this.
I have a nearly completely done LT chassis with no engine, and a worthless blaster chassis with an YTZ250 engine, which has been bulletproof for me for 4 seasons.

the pipe looks modded and it looks like everything but the front motormounts bolted right up pretty sweet

the lt swinger bolt is smaller diamter which is okay.the blaster case isnt as wide as the lt case where the swinger bolt goes. i made some washers out of a peice of steel pipe. 1 on each side so the chain lines up just right. i had to make a bracket for the mount underneath the swinger and still have to make one for the front mount. i am waiting to get a blaster pipe because the lt pipe wont work.
