| I'd got with a trx250r motor, no vibration issues and shouldn't be much to fab up.

| Yeah i was thinking of a 250r motor...that would be the easiest route i think. Maybe some kinda big bore/stroker combo around 350cc.

| For sure i would go with a counterbalanced engine, it will be alot easier in th end. Next, What type of riding do you want to do with it? If your going to MX or trail ride it I wouldnt go any further than a 250CC.

| built 250r would be best... That kx250 is cheap and would haul ass, but the vibes would be annoying... the 250r swap would probably be the easiest and most rewarding |
