fixed the kickstarter issue. i took the steel CR kickstarter pivot, cut the pivot post off, ground it flush, and butt welded it to the LT kicker. the clearances are perfect. everything lines up great. a longer bolt and hardened washers needed.

I did a yz250 motor swap into my yfz450 chassis and it was super cool. I got it all done and rode it at the dunes a few times and now its time to start a new project I am putting a banshee motor into the same chassis. (never satisfied)

Anyway I have a good LRD adjustable 250r pipe and modded centermount LRD shorty silencer for sale on ebay. I will take $40 plus shipping for both. It has a custom machined flange on it for the yz motor but it would make a great pipe for a hybrid just cut the flange off and weld one on for the new motor.

i took her out on her first real ride yesterday. with 14/41 gearing first gear is a little taller than i would like. but i now have a 13 tooth front. we were riding at 3000+ altitude so it was a little fat on the main but other than that it ran fantastic! pulled much harder than the LT engine ever did. i am very happy with the outcome of this swap. ill get some more pics up soon.

video will have to wait till the 19th. for it in action. its all torn apart again for paint. witch will be better anyway.

i finished the airbox yesterday. it turned out good. mounts are very solid in the factory locations. it got a little funky clearancing for the silencer piping other than that its a big rectangel with 2 1/2" exhaust pipe welded into one corner.
