anyone ever done it before?
i took the carb off and ported the ports out,put octane boost in the gas,ported the intake and polished it,ported out the exhaust port and matched the muffler to it,
and removed the spark arrestor.


video tomorow of it starting for the first time.(if it starts)
i ported it with a chiseled sowing needles,haha

i wana see this, i was thinking about making a rc car with a chain saw engine. I actuallly have a 25cc rc boat engine with a water cooled head, but it uses the movement of the boat to force water in there.

ok,,,,,how the hell do you upload a video to this shit?ive tried everything and all the other sites and i copy and paste the cody and it doesnt pop up....wtf?



and 370banshee your right in a way,,,if you bore it out too much and get too much flow itll actually push out less power then before,but i didnt bore it out THAT much.

the porting i did made a good amount of difference.

im in the process of mounting a 50cc 2 stroke expansion chamber exhaust on it.




but it wnt let me upload the video!
help?

if u raised the exhaust port and didn't port the transfers u changed blowdown pressure... maybe u got lucky and corrected the blowdown pressure
