| Both 4 cylinder Cougar bikes were fighting ignition problems all week. Keith ended up ordering in a complete new ignition, which we then built all the ignition mounting plates and pieces for, (with separate pickup locations for each cylinder). I believe he didn't even get a "somewhat" clean pass on it until late Saturday, (the new ignition was from a totally different manufacturer.....we started from scratch....and we didn't sleep much on Friday night......lol). I think he had 3 or 4 passes in the 3.50's if I am not mistaken, and I don't think we ever even put a timing light on it, much less dialed it in! |

| my neighbor had one of those it was hella fast he put that motor in any thing he coulod when he was killed by a cr 80 at the dunes he was burried with it

Ohlins rear shock and forks. fmf q scilencer, dicks racing carb mods, 2007 powervalve adjusting cover, baarkbusters hand guards, all orignal plastics still look brand new. 225 psi of compression,silkolene in the gas and maxima in the trans, rentahal bars and sprockets and d.i.d 520 exmrt x ring chain, al ste up for xc racing and mx. lthe most radical port and polish job i could get, ifes great when you have a 300 cc 2 stroke and ur blowing away 500s and 450 out on the track.
