wow this thread got waayyyyyyyyy off track huh.... deir i highly doubt your making anywhere near 95rwhp.... and can i let you in on a littel secret... YOU DON'T NEED A KIT TO BUILD A 370CC SHEE... punch the jugs out .080 over and you have a 370cc stock rod.... toss in some std. bore blaster pistons, rd400 rods and have teh ehad cut and you have a tried and true 370 long rod done teh old skool way....

your quad is nice but..... your not making anywhere near 95rwhp.... if you think it's gonna beat a saber i say take a vacation.... i believe the sabertooth quad is in glamis quite often???? (i may be wrong)

that quad does look awsome...i always like to see clean swaps like that.... oh i was talkin on a hobart welder forum about my quad project...they said it was pointless to make anti vibe mounts for putting a dirtbike engine in a quad frame....i had to laugh at that one lol.

Well this is a interesting post...... I have both a ranked out qilla with a 2 mm stroker crank 80over and a 44mm mikuni ported polished shaved head and i can tell you if is fast but i wouldn't say more that 85hp as well as a super motarded cr500 and i can tell you this for sure you are not making power over 7500rpm no way the power of the cr 500 tops out here just as everyone has stated that the stroke is to long and there is way to much piston speed. I have a tach on the biek and with it setup on the track i am shifting between 7000-7500 anything over that you are wasting fuel. All the power is down low learn how to shift quick on your and i bet you you will sh!t your pant 10 times quicker. I know form experence my zilla is not streched and the thing is always in the air. As for vibs balence it if you want your 250 frames to last cose the othe machine i have is a 86 lt250r with a cr500 motor in is and i am on frame 2...

They should've started with an '85 CR500, which is air cooled. Maybe they could fit the radiator up high where the light would be? I wish them luck.
