Banshee frame

I've been doing some research into aftermarket aluminum frames. I want to rebuild my 2000 Banshee from the ground up possibly with a Trinity 421cc Cheetah and stage III with single carb. I want a really light frame for Desert/Baja/Cross Country racing. I only weigh 160lb and my Banshee though really fast feels so heavy especially up front. I've got a little info on the Denton Racing frames but I really like the Leager frames especially the pro-trax front ends. Are these the only options next to custom ordering one? I've heard about Aren Bros. and of course Dean Sundahl but I don't need 19" of travel.

Do any Banshee riders/owners on here have aftermarket aluminum frames? If so where did you get them?

I Personally Would Go With A I Believe Lonestar Frame Setup For A 250r Suspension. The 250r Has A Way Better Setup Than The Banshee.

How much different does the 250r frame feel. Will I have to relearn the bike? Thanks so much for the info. Also where do I get a Lonestar frame?

Is the Lonestar 250r frame similiar to the leager Banshee frame?

I think Nac's sell the lonestar frames with the 250r geometery. But someone else might know a cheaper place, there like $2500.00 I believe.

Thanks for the reply I'll be getting in touch with Nac's then. I think Denton racing also carries them. Does anyone on here own a banshee frame with the 250r geometry? I'd like to know how it feels. Also is it 6061 Alluminum?

I think their frames are made of 4130 chromoly, I could be mistaken. I'm looking into buying a 250R geometry banshee frame aswell. They don't seem to be listed anywhere.

www.lsracing.com they sell the banshee frames with the 250R no link swinger setup for around 2500, they're high and such, but if you're going to race and expect a lot of handling from your quad it would be the sure way to go.

Since this thread started I found a local dealer of Banshee frames
