We had a guy that raced with us running a TRX CR500 & I dont remember his viberating any worse than my son TRX250R with the balancer cut down.
On a 250R when the balancer shaft has been cut & you rev the engine, the front end will squat down about 4"s & then come back up as the engine slows down, wild looking.

Have you checked the flywheel key?

Flywheel key is sitting pretty. Had the flywheel off and cleaned it up.

ok random but i just really want to no why does the cr500 motor viberrate so bad because isnt the 250r motor bascaly from the 250 dirtbike im probuly woung but wat do u exspect i own a blaster not a 250r

Quad 2-stroke motors are usually counterbalanced internally, while 2 wheel 2 strokes usually are not . . . to save weight. At least that's what I was told by a guy who had a Kawi 500 in a Banshee frame. His shook like a GD jackhammer . . . but he swore the non-counterbalanced engine made more HP than a counterbalanced one.
