honda mr 50

I just bought a '74 honda mr 50. Its a 2 stroke 50 with a 3 speed manual and i was told the top end was bad. I ran compression test and got 75 psi does anyone know what the compression should be. And black liquid came out of the exhaust when i took it off???thanks for any help

at 75 psi I would think it would be runable, that black liquid as long as there wasnt that much is normal, just residue buildup, or a carb leak or somethin. PM me for any help.
