CR 250 fork seals

When you replace the fork seals should you replace the dust wipers to? The wipers on my cr still look good and Iwas thinking about just replacing the seals. Has anyone used the Tusk seals or should i get more exspensive seals? also i don't ride in any mud or water if that matters
