yz80 help pleas nobody ever replys

I have a yz80 and it runs half way (not fully running) i got a new carb kit, head gasket, spark plug, and new gas and it still dose the same thing this is the 3rd time its done this why? its got tons of compression bright white spark and it still dose it ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED

thanks for replys I am asking why is it running like this. it runs half way ( i have to push start) and its done this 3 times it wont run all the way it wont even pull me. I got a new carb kit, head gaskit, spark plug, and fresh gas and it still wont runn all the way when i pull the spark plug out it looks dry but i dont see how because its got gas and the carb is basiclly brand new

go through and make sure you put the carb together right and didnt messup on sumpthing
