If you only have 5 minutes of experience on a bike, then a 250 2 stroke will definitely be a WILD way to learn how to ride. Because of the crazy powerband from the 2stroke, I think it will be harder for you to get used to a bike. You should go with a 250f. The power is much smoother and you kind of already have some idea of what you're getting into. As far as the track goes, I suggest you get very comfortable on your bike before attempting it. You know, get used to turning, shifting, throttle control, or how to control your bike on different terrain before you go out and try jumps and stuff.
So yeah, my opinion would be 250f.

I went from a canadian tire 4 stroke minibike onto my yz 250. Wasn't too hard to figure it out, I havent looped over once. As long as you dont pin it right away, you will get used to it, and then be able to unleash pure 2 stroke goodness. A 125 in my opinion is much too small for you.
