87 R vs 08 KFX450R...guess who wins!

So I decided to get my 250r out today when my buddy stops by on his kfx. We bs'd a minute and went riding on some trails near my house. We got back to the road and I knew he wanted to line 'em up. So we line up and take off and I pull out about a quad length, and kept pulling away by about 6 or 7 quad lengths. So now he wants to go from a roll...so we do and I let him get on the gas first...and I pull away from him again like he's tied to a stump. So now he wants try it on dirt so we go to this field an line up...again. We take off and we are side by side for about 200ft and then I start pulling away. Beat him by almost 2 quad lengths. He wants to try it again so we do...same result, he got his ass handed to him. He was not happy to say the least. He got beat by a 20 year old beater with a wore out top end. His kfx is totally stock and all my r has is a k&n filter and boyesen power reeds and it only has 140psi of compression. No pipe or porting...yet. So then he goes on about "wait until I get a pipe and a efi programmer." I told him by the time he does all that, mine will have about 20 more horsepower and he still won't touch me. Just thought you guys would like to hear that the 4 pokes are being put in their place...at least here in tennessee anyways.

and im really not trying to ruin the moment here, but it sounds like this guy cant ride his 450 for shit. the new 450s are not really slow and with a good rider, should more than likely walk all over a stock 250r. ive not really seen a kfx450 in action, but I reccon they are about on par with the yfz450?

but anyways, congrats on showing him up with the old skool two fitty ARR
