Nope, don't reccomend! Why would he need them? They were made for huge aftermaket carb bowld to clear that push rod top of the case! I ride trails on pods too, no big deal just clean em every ride!

i would suggest that you try it and see what happens. it might help it might night. Some motor benefit from them, others dont care, each combo is different. If he does a lot of drag racing he might want to trade those t-5's for some shearers or cpis. A good pipe makes all the difference.

Leave the bike as is....he'll be fine.
With stock carbs, trail pipes and a sealed air box, he's just funning around on the drag strip...nothing wrong with that.

For cheap power fairly good improvement, tell him to get a timing plate and set it at 4 degrees advance, shave the stock flywheel and shave .020 off the head.

It will do 100X what reed spacers more than likely won't....

I have a brand new stator that i bought from F.A.S.T. Racing i'm not sure what brand it is but there 45 bucks on his site. He installed one on my motor and i didn't need one since i already had one at the house. Sell it cheap say 30 shipped. PM me if your interested. Dave can vouch i'm a stand up guy, actually alot of people can.

i would only recommend reed spacers if you run a boost bottle, preferably a white brothers, this combo can create some serious horsepower

Word. Kaos is a stand up guy.
You mean Stator timing plate, NOT the stator itself, right??
