| 1983-1984 KX250 Cylinder is an upgrade port wise. I just broke the trans of an 84 KX250 motor in my KXT250 and put the stock motor back in. Upon disassembly I found the KX cylinder had been sleeved and was on the stock bore. The carbon spot the piston was about the size of a 50 cent piece. And the the head's dome had been cut. Someone tried to port it but really it does not look like they opened the ports (other than transfer). The cylinder worked real well. Anyway I got the trike running and am considering selling the top end. Click here: Kill a Bike!
