| Wouldn't an EGT probe be installed in your pipe? I'm confused......never heard of anyone running one on a four wheeler.........

Normally people install them about 3 to 4 inches down the pipe from the cylinder....Did you buy a weld on or a clamp on?

I have to drill a hole and weld on a nut for it. I'm running a Paul turner high rev pipe on a 250r ATC. I'm going to try and call Duncan racing tomorrow see what they say.

To close & it will read to high & to far away & it will read low. 3"s is too close & 12"s is to far away, somewhere around 7-8"s. Neil

I talked to a guy at Ducan racing and he said they never use them because by the time you get a high reading the damage is already done.
