 Header pipe leaking...help!!! Ok so I fired up my R this evening for the second time and the head pipe is leaking like crazy. I bought a ESR billet exhaust flange, but the Paul Turner pipe fits loosely around the flange. Do I need a different flange or is there something I can do to get it to stop leaking?

| The flange is o-ringed...it has two o-rings.

| hmmmmm..... you could devcon and then do some major buffing and sanding to fit the pipe..... that shit holds up under anything... it's just a matter of are you gonna keep that jug. cuz some ppl might not wanna buy it with that shit all over it.

| Sounds like you have a worn out flange or the wrong one for that pipe.
