Question expansion chamber parts

Hi all
I am looking for tapered tubing to build my own expansion chamber.
I am a skilled welder / machinist, and want to try my hand at building an expansion chamber for my 121cc 2 cycle suzuki. I cannot seem to find a source for the pipe to make the diffuser (megaphone), and baffle out of. I have plenty of streight pipe to make the header, body, and stingers out of.
Does anyone know of a sorce to buy tapered tubing with angles of 7-9 Deg for the diffuser and 18-22 Deg for the baffle?
I have been looking for a while now, with no luck any help would be appreciated
Bob

i beleive to make a pipe and silencer your going to have to begin with flat stock sheet metal, im pretty sure your going to have to bend and shape the angles and cones free hand. or maybe you could find some old musical instruments to take shapes and peices from! just kidding lol but it may work!?

I probbaly could make it out of sheet metal, but I thought someone would make some tubing, that I can just cut and weld.
I found a site that sorta has what I would need, but not quite small enough
http://www.burnsstainless.com/Megaph...egaphones.html
If I can find a supplier that sells preformed tubing it would make it much easier, and faster to make several different tuned pipes so I can fine tune the system.

Hey Thanks for the reply
I have made 5 chambers now out of sheet metal.
It has been a while since I have posted, so I will update on my progress.
Here is a picture of the expansion chamber I made for my minibike:

and some more of the process of building it

I also made a chamber for an engine on my Go Kart
If I can remember I will post some pics up when I get that finished

Here are two more of the minibike pipe
This one is the header I made using 1.0" electrical conduit

And the pipe before I painted and installed it on the minibike
