your gonna have to fall off before you can wheelie good ... on my old 250R trike I could go front left foot on the grab bar, to a standing, to a normal wheelie with the front tire in the air, ( but I've gained too much weight since then, so it would be damn near impossible now ) lol ... as far as the superman wheelie, your gonna have to have a perfectly round grab bar, and a very flat, very smooth surface .... and not be over about 180 pounds lol

what i do is stand up an get the rpm's way up in 2nd then pop the clutch to bring the front end up just enough to get the balance...then just feather the throttle until you get stable....then you can bring your foot up from the grab bar an sit down.....then ride it out.

put it in 2nd or 3rd gear, hold the clutch in all the way,and rev it really really really high, and let go of the clutch and punch it and watch how high you can get

i always put it in 2nd rolling slow and get my positioning right, and rev it and lean back and pop it up.

its easy to get the front up, but i cant keep the quad at or around the same rpms. i just keep picking up speed and having to shift, which is fine but im trying to go more for distance. could it just be lack of power? im also leaning as far back as possible (for regular sit down wheelies)
