Navy Moto X

Any body watch the Navy Moto X world championships on ESPN this weekend? I was suprised to see four strokes competing. Nate Adams rode a YZ250F in the style and speed and a bunch of guys had 450s. RC rode the RMZ in the step up competition, He would have won it if he stayed on the bike. Its cool to see a racer can go in and show up the freestyle guys his first try.

do a double backflip off of the
step up jump?

i saw scott murray do the double backflip, but i didnt know that pastrana did it.

I say if loza landed the electric death he wins the best trick comp no problem. RC should have won the step up but they wouldn't let him continue with that gash on his chin. Renner was riding a smoker I know when RC went out I was hoping like hell he was going to get it.

i saw the freestyle, and just more proof that 2 strokes are better, for freestyle at least, the guys were sayin that you overshoot your jumps more on a 4 stroke b/c you have to pick up more speed where the 2 stroke can whip you off the end because of all the top end power

Pastrana was the first to pull it off in competition then scott murray pulled it off shortly after in a competition in Italy.

oh dang. that's sweet. is this a new thing or no? my parents were in the navy for 27 years. they never got involved or took me to anything cool like that. i'll have to tell them about it.
